We made sure all items are are in good condition before shipping them, we only accept returns if the item we have sent you is defected or incorrect.
We only replace items if they are defective, incorrect or damaged 10 days after delivery. Kindly email email@example.com if you would a made to measure fit of you are unsure of your right size, we can aid in getting the right fit.

Exchange do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You take responsibility for all loss or damage to hardware during shipment. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
